AS OF AUGUST, 2011

SHOW HEADQUARTERS NEXT TO THE WHITNEY MUSEUM!
Artists who are exhibiting in either the American Craft Show or Contemporary Art Fair will have the opportunity to be selected to show their work at our new Madison Avenue gallery, at the Sheraton or 55th St locations as part of our pre-show promotion. Each of these venues provide unparalleled exposure for artists whose work will be seen by hundreds of people every day. Our amazing location adjacent to the Whitney Museum will allow us the opportunity to promote our show to thousands of affluent clients. Half price tickets will be given away daily in all three of our NYC gallery locations.

CROSS PROMOTION WITH THE “MEET THE BREEDS” SHOW.
The American Kennel Club and The Cat Fanciers Association will be hosting its annual “Meet the Breeds” at the Javits Center in the hall adjacent to our show. Last October this event drew 36,000 people. We’re working on cross promotion in an effort to reach as much of this built-in audience as possible including a $5.00 admission with “Meet The Breeds” ticket stub.

NEW EXPEDITED MOVE-IN PROCEDURES!
Front Entrance Drayage: If you have a COMPLETE Pipe & Drape or hardwall package it will now include unloading through the Front in addition to the unloading dock. This is ONLY if you use a vehicle no larger than an econo-line type van. Larger Vans & trucks must use loading dock. We will be able to DRIVE REGUAR SIZE VANS ON TO THE SHOW FLOOR TO MOVE IN AND UNLOAD.

Avoid Hand Carry To Unload: If you have selected a space where hand carry rules apply, you may now have union assistance with dollies for move in only through the front entrance for an additional $175. You must use a vehicle no larger than an econo-line type van to unload through the front entrance. THIS WILL SPEED UP THE MOVE IN PROCESS AND WILL AVOID HAND CARRYING.

You can email us a request for this service which will then be added to your invoice.Unfortunately we cannot offer this service for move out as it is Sunday night and the overtime labor costs are prohibited.
